Job responsibilities
There are 3 rotations; each will be about 8
months in an assigned HR function. As a key member of each team, the
candidate is expected to work closely with the team, coaches from these
departments provides on the job training and meaningful projects and
help you to understand the HR Talent Acquisition operation, Learning
& Development skills and develop HRBP capability which will help
drive business outcomes in order to make differences to the
fast-changing and exciting business. The rotation will be among:
1、Talent Acquisitions
2、Learning & Development
3、Human Resources Business Partner

2、Strong communication skills, be able to make sound judgments in his/her expert areas
